So I just got back from an advanced screening and holy fuckin' cow!! That movie set off a multitude of eyegasms! I think my vision is still blurry, I didn't know what to focus on..totally awesome action movie!

I'll be seeing it with the fam on a Wed. or Thurs.....

I thought I'd be seeing it primarily for the action and Rain, but I was not disappointed on any part of the film except maybe the ending..i guess i just wanted more!

EDIT - I think this movie is very much a genre film....if you dont like action, ninjas, sexy asian guys, blood, blood and more blood..then you may or may not like it. If you're going to see a film that plays more like a live action anime, then you'll be in for a treat! (i think Samurai Champloo but in modern settings)

Man it feels like ages since I saw BSB on TV in the US!! I hate the way the media made them a laughing stock and joke( I still can't believe how many sheep there are in this world who can be shamed and/or told what to like and not like). Regardless of all the badmouthing, they are a true vocal harmony group, were each voice blended well with the other, who never lipsynced and I respected them for that. Since 1997, I'll still call myself a fan (randomly bought the Quit Playing Games single at Blockbuster for $2 and fell in love).

Well welcome back BSB, good luck on the new single and album (I'll make sure I pick this one up in OCT

This is Track 7 from COLOR's "RED ~Love is all around~" cd. COLOR is a vocal r&b group that Atsushi(EXILE) used to belong to. He was a part of the group when this song was recorded which at the time consisted of Atsushi, York, Kikuki, and Taka. The current vocalists for COLOR are Taka, Yuichiro, Keisei, and Ryo!

The group Keitaku consists of two guys who play multiple instruments and create some pretty good indie-style music. To get a feel for their music, click here. They just released an album entitled "self" in January of 2008. Check them out.

I really like both artists. SunMin and Toshinobu Kubota sang this duet for the movie "The Sinking of Japan" and have really powerful, soulful voices. It was one of the few good things about that movie in my opinion.

I got this link from my sister and I thought it was pretty funny.It's not only informative, but teaches you proper manners when going to a sushi bar in Japan! Hmmm..So that's why Japanese people's feet smell like vinegar!!!

As far as idol groups go, you don't get much better than Dong Bang Shin Ki (Tohoshinki), but their Japanese music has been kinda "bleh". But recently, I think they are becoming comfortable and are releasing some pretty good songs. This song is Track #7 on their latest cd, "T", which I recommend to all the jpop fans out there if you don't already have it.
